The ISA Program Manager’s primary responsibility is for converting and retaining students that apply for programs in their designated program portfolio. This is achieved by assisting enrolled participants with program related questions, application procedures and other tasks, treating every student like family, as they prepare to study abroad on one of our programs to Europe, Latin America, or Africa. While students are our primary client, Program Managers will also engage with contacts from the US University and family members of participants. Our Program Management team believes in the lifechanging capacity of studying abroad and embraces that statement with total enthusiasm.

Position Responsibilities

Employ best practices to advise and direct students from program application to departure. Pull and review metrics, acceptance time, and withdrawal information per program location.
