The Program Management Manager leads a team of cross‑functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and customers.

Typical Day (Responsibilities)

• Serve as the key channel of communication for customers and act as an escalation point in the event of customer issues.
• Demonstrate advanced operations and technical skills, as well as knowledge of process technologies.
• Analyze technical and financial reports and present findings to internal and external customers.
