Program Management Intern

We are looking for a high-agency Program Intern to act as the operational backbone of Scaler Innovation Labs. You will be the central node connecting startup founders, industry experts, student clubs and their project teams. This role requires a mix of creativity, event management, operational rigour, network and the ability to build relationships with high-profile guests and students alike.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning and execution of Tech events, Hackathons, Supermentor sessions(CTO talks), and SIL community gatherings. This involves coordinating with the ops team, managing logistics, arranging media coverage, and overseeing stage management with student volunteers.
• Guest Hospitality: Manage the end-to-end experience for CTOs, tech founders, and industry leaders visiting campus. This includes facilitating their logistics, conducting campus/lab tours, helping brainstorm questions to be asked and ensuring s...
