**Program Management Director**
- Have to have experience in Automotive Seating, Interiors, Trim
- Located in Monterrey full time.
- Reports to Regional General Manager
- Program Management Team is in Monterrey
- 12 Direct Reports: Mexico + United States (Program Managers)
- There are approx. 10 Programs in Metal and Mechanisms / 15 Programs in Soft Trim (No full seat system projects)
- Strong Leadership - Global Mindset, International Communication
