Job Description

The Program Management Associate - Business Process & Innovation maintains detailed records of policies, processes including changes and updates in the operations by SharePro Inc. He/she maintains and organized databases and process map, ensuring process integrity and accurate reports. He/she prepares and present regular reports on the status of the policies, ensuring accurate representation of the process. Perform other duties related to process and policy support that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for to drive scope/process implementation with various technical groups
  • Consolidate data and policies needed for project implementation including but not limited to system extracted data, historical reports, archived information
