Job Description
**About the Role**
The **Chief of Staff, Global Field Operations** will serve as a strategic extension of Global Field Ops leadership, enabling high-quality, fast decision-making across a complex, global organization. Reporting directly to the Global Field Ops S&P leader, this role will work in close partnership with the Global Field Ops Leader to integrate cross-functional inputs, drive alignment, and extend leadership capacity.
This role is designed for a trusted thought partner with strong judgment, analytical rigor, and exceptional communication skills. You will operate across strategic, operational, and analytical dimensions - connecting work in flight, framing leadership decisions, and helping move ideas from concept to execution across Global Field Ops.
