Program Lead

The Program Lead serves as the dedicated program management lead for all functions supporting the Air National Guard Reserve Order Writing System (AROWS). The AROWS Program Lead also serves as the dedicated PDS (Project Data System) lead within the ANG DSS portfolio, ensuring consistent and continuous operations across both programs. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site interface between Team Alesig, the ANGRC A1 Directorate, and the Government-designated third-party AROWS developer team.Coordinate all release requirements with the third-party developer; manage the test cycle for each software release.Chair and document Change Control Board (CCB) meetings; prioritize and schedule approved system changes through JIRA; facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with ANGRC and Wing-level stakeholders.Develop Build Scope Assessments for each approved change request; establish Quality Assurance procedures for validation and verification prior to production rele...
