Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organization design initiatives and structural reviews
  • Manage job evaluation frameworks and maintain job architecture
  • Oversee HR data accuracy, audits, and analytics reporting
  • Develop and implement competency models for performance and development
  • Collaborate with HR COEs on governance, talent frameworks, and change initiatives

Preferred Skills

  • Strong in HR analytics & data visualization (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Experience with HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Knowledge of OD principles, job evaluation, and competency mapping
  • Analytical mindset with strong program management and stakeholder skills
