About the role

As the Program Head (IT) for AMA Davao, you will play a vital role in leading the Information Technology programs and driving the academic success of our students. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT curriculum, managing faculty, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning at our Davao City campus.

  1. Provide academic leadership and direction for the IT program
  2. Ensure compliance with CHED policies, program standards, and accreditation requirements
  3. Develop, review, and update the IT curriculum, course syllabi, and instructional materials
  4. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor IT faculty members
  5. Monitor student performance, retention, and program outcomes
