Job Description

The Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) Philippines is seeking a Project Officer to support strategic and operational objectives by providing core technical support to project implementation and grants management. The PO will coordinate between the Manila office and the Cotabato field office and assist in donor reporting and planning.

Hybrid work arrangement with an office in Quezon City and frequent travel to Mindanao, starting October 2026 or earlier.
