We are seeking a person desiring a career as a Program Engineering Manager (PEM) for our Fort Worth, Texas site. The candidate's role will require strongleadership and technical abilities to oversee engineering projects in the aerospace defense industry. As the engineering lead, the PEM (also sometimes referred to as the Chief Engineer) willserve as the technical conscience for this line of products and services. This requires a strong technical leader who understands the USAF and foreign air forces needs, Support Equipment (S.E.) product/system requirements, flight-line test equipment, and their mission and/or applications for ensuring fighter aircraft availability for both the flight-line and back shop.
This position overseas the on-site engineers technical tasks, negotiates appropriate staffing, and is a key member of the product line leadership team. Other program stakeholders for which this technical leader interfaces are the program managers, ...
