Program Director – Managed Services Program (MSP)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Director – MSP to lead end-to-end delivery and governance for a large-scale Full MSP engagement in the Philippines. This role ensures operational excellence, vendor governance, workforce compliance, and alignment between local operations and global stakeholders across PH, EU, and US regions.

This position requires strong knowledge of the Philippines staffing market, multi-vendor MSP leadership experience, and proven senior stakeholder management capability.
