Program Director

The ideal candidate for the Program Director is a deeply committed individual with a mature and growing Christian faith , actively living out the values, mission, vision, and Confession of Faith of Hastings Lake Bible Camp. They must maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, living a life of moral integrity in all aspects of their life.

This person is expected to possess:

Leadership and Experience

• A passion for camp ministry , a love for people and the outdoors, and a desire to bring children, youth, and families into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Demonstrated leadership experience (preferably 3-5+ years) in a non-profit, camp, or similar operational environment, including experience in personnel management .
• Experience in ministry, with children, youth, and families is an asset.
