Job Description

The responsibilities of the Program Director are to:

  • P lan, Coordinate and Facilitate Summer and Shoulder Season Programs
  • Provide Biblical Leadership Training and Spiritual Oversight to Summer Staff
  • Recruit and Train Summer staff for Summer and Shoulder Season programs
  • Be involved in otehr Administrative Duties, Website Development and Promotional Development

Qualification:

  • Remote First Aid (20 hr course) Certificate or equivalent
  • Class 5 Driver’s Licence
  • Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate. Previous boating experience is an asset
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Outdoor Council of Canada (OCC) Certifications or equivalents are an asset
  • Previous camp and leadership experience are an asset
