We are supporting a regulated life sciences organisation in the Netherlands with the appointment of an experienced Program Director to provide senior leadership across a portfolio of capital and improvement initiatives.

The Role

You will have overall accountability for programme-level delivery , providing strategic oversight across multiple projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, project leadership, and project controls, you will ensure alignment between programme objectives, individual project delivery, and long-term operational priorities.

This is a client-side leadership role , focused on governance, integration, and decision-making rather than day-to-day execution.
