Program Development Director

Responsibilities:

- Lead long-term program strategy across education, healthcare, environment and sustainable livelihoods and translate it into clear organizational priorities.

- Work closely with program teams to ensure projects are aligned, resourced, and deliverable.

- Represent the organisation at senior levels with government stakeholders, donors, hospitals, corporates, and sector leaders.

- Provide updates to the Executive Committee, including options, implications, and recommendations.

- Set and guide communication strategy, positioning, and organizational narrative.

- Lead partnership discussions and MoU negotiations with government bodies, nonprofits, and corporate partners, ensuring clarity of scope, roles, expectations, and delivery.
