Delivery Management

• Owns end-to-end delivery commitments for the portfolio managing on time delivery with highest quality meeting all the delivery commitment without escalations
• Collaborate with various COE’s and service line bringing the right solutions and optimized delivery model for the engagement
• Collaborate with the product teams for effective solutions
• Program governance, Risk, SLA and SOW commitments management

Operations Excellence

• Managing portfolio to meet set operational goals such as revenue, Margin and utilization
• Maintain organization operation metrics on Pyramid, Genc’s, P* Ratio, Fixed Bid offshore ratio and on/off offshore ratio
• Effective revenue forecasting

Support Sales and Business Development

• Anchor and review proposals, provide solutions, formulates win themes, estimates and pricing
