As a Program Delivery Coordinator – Meetings & Events at JLL in the Amazon Meetings & Events/Service Delivery department, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Program Manager in the coordination and execution of corporate meetings and events. This role ensures seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks while serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants. Working full-time in Bangalore - BLR37, you will assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual) while coordinating event logistics including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration.
