What you will be doing…

Reporting to the Women Unlimited Program Director, the Program Coordinator's primary focus is the overall coordination of the Women Unlimited Career Exploration Program (CEP) and implementing the five key components of the model:

  • Recruit: Engage Diverse Women
  • Explore: 16-Week Career Exploration Program
  • Train: Support during Trades &Technology Programs
  • Work: Support to Transition into Employment
  • Change: Promote Safe and Respectful Workplaces

    • In addition, you will provide ongoing support to women in the Women Unlimited program, as well as to women in trades and technology programs on campus.
