Program Coordinator

 We currently seek a Program/Project Coordinator with experience using PPM tool, Plainview.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the corporate strategy and the full program of work and strategic roadmap.
  • Accountable for the EPMO and Strategy reporting process, including data integrity, communications, report/ dashboard generation and assistance with distribution.
  • Maintain and enhance existing project, program and portfolio reporting relating to the Board + EPMO Steering Committee.
  • Provide EPMO meeting management and logistics support. Managing the schedule of meetings, attending meetings as required, producing agenda’s, taking minutes, and following up on EPMO action items.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor all Project Delivery processes identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing solutions when necessary
