What You'll Do
Team Coordination
- Act as the bridge between recruiting and bench sales teams
- Ensure both teams are aligned on priorities and working efficiently
- Conduct daily/weekly check-ins to track progress
Requirement Tracking
- Monitor incoming job requirements from client portals and job boards
- Assign requirements to recruiters and track submissions
