Position Summary

You’ll design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate programs for a variety of age groups and community needs. Working with staff, volunteers, and partner agencies, you’ll ensure programs run safely, smoothly, and in alignment with departmental standards while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

What You Bring

• Postsecondary education in Recreation, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience delivering recreation, sport, culture, or community programs
• Strong skills in program planning, behaviour management, customer service, and evaluation
• Ability to lead, supervise, and support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
