Job and responsibility

1.Planning the coordination and management of the students postgraduate program.

2.Manage and oversee the programme coordinator.

3.Manage the subject offerings, manpower/ lecturer planning for every semester.

4.Assist in orgsnizing/ handling proposal Defense and Thesis Defense (VIVA VOCE) for every semester.

5.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the number of students and their status.

6.Keep tracking of report on student progress, activities and enrolment.

7.Provide guidance and support to staff members on daily tasks and project.

8.Coordinate student engagement activities, assist in program development, recruitment and program evaluation.

9.Assist in the development of operational strategies to ensure efficient and productive operations.
