Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support our client within the Defence industry. This role plays a key part in coordinating governance processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting assurance activities to ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks.

The position will suit someone who is highly organised, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, and experienced in coordination, reporting, and compliance-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities to support timely and compliant delivery
  • Analyse, maintain, and update program documentation and artefacts
  • Schedule assessments, meetings, and governance activities across multiple workstreams
