Program Coordinator

Job Description  

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Delivery team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our training programs — especially corporate (B2B) trainings, while also supporting B2C and public initiatives when needed.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of planning, operations, and communication, ensuring that what is sold is delivered with quality, efficiency, and consistency. You'll work closely with Sales, Instructors, Operations, and Clients to guarantee that every program runs smoothly from setup to delivery.

This is a hands-on, coordination-heavy role for someone who is detail-oriented, client-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts — always with a continuous improvement mindset.
