Job Summary: The Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Manager(s) and for providing leadership and coordination of the day-to-day operations within the framework of VON philosophy, policies, procedures, standards and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a resource for the site with the implementation, maintenance and day-to-day operation of 1:1, group and virtual care solutions required by VON for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and support inquiries from community members, clients and volunteers about the Hospice and Bereavement programs.
• Provide set up and training to new and existing Hospice Services volunteers.
