Catholic Social Services is hiring a Program Coordinator to enhance the Navigating Upward employment training program. Ideal candidates are organized and collaborative leaders focused on participant coaching and counseling.
This full-time contract position ends on March 31, 2028, with a potential extension. As a Program Coordinator, you will facilitate group learning and provide one-on-one support for participants navigating their employment journeys. You will also manage participant progress and collaborate with team leaders to ensure effective program delivery.
