Program Coordination and Delivery 65%

• Develop, outsource, implement, and evaluate daily pro‑social activities, lesson plans, group sessions, book studies, and more in topics such as mental wellness, addictions, recovery, and rehabilitation life and living skills sessions in house and in the community, utilizing best practice evidence‑based models, including accompanying clients in the community to activities and events, and local travel to events
• Implement existing courses and programming, build community relationships and discounted access to services, coordinate with community partners in service access and delivery
• Supervise all mental health, addictions, fine arts, and life & living skills programming for Illuminate program clients, reporting to the Manager, Propel Development Center, and in collaboration with Manager of Deborahs Gate
