Overview

Gateway Resources supports people with intellectual disabilities to live their best life. We walk alongside our participants to support, encourage and advocate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with four management teams to develop job skills and find meaningful community opportunities for participants.
• Lead, inspire and direct staff and managers, utilizing robust communication, team‑building, coaching and mentoring approaches.
• Provide guidance, plan, and collaborate on all areas of programming within the Day Services department.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
• Management experience is an asset.
• Clear Criminal Reference and adult abuse registry check.
• Manitoba driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR certification—or willingness to train.
