Program Coordinator

The Opportunity

The Program Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of MIRRA’s nationally funded antisemitism and cultural awareness training program. The role is responsible for coordinating participant registrations, managing session logistics, supporting stakeholder communications and maintaining accurate program data, while building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on process excellence and sound judgement, the Program Coordinator delivers timely advice and support to participating institutions, trainers and program participants to ensure a seamless training experience.

Working across multiple streams of activity, the role oversees training logistics, prepares and distributes materials, coordinates venues, catering and trainer travel, and supports the development and maintenance of the program’s online learning management system...
