POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Coordinator employs a high level of expertise in the areas of participant support, career development, promotion and administrative responsibilities. The Program Coordinator will promote cross-cultural understanding and facilitate communication between FPDI and program partners. They will identify group training, on-the-job work experience and employment opportunities. The ideal candidate has proficiency in mentoring, motivation, confidence building, guidance, partner relationships and workplace success strategies. The Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Program Officer.
