Program Coordinator – Brantford Booth Centre

The Program Coordinator assists in planning and implementing service delivery for individuals in the Correctional Residential Facility and homeless shelter at the Brantford Booth Centre. The role provides confidential corrections counselling, education, case management and support to individuals, families and the community to promote healthy lifestyles, healthy choices, client stability and successful community integration. The incumbent delivers direct one‑on‑one support, conducts assigned group work, provides direction to staff, checks results, and generally works alongside the team. The incumbent supervises full‑time, part‑time and/or casual relief employees across multiple departments during the shift and has input into, and may participate in, hiring, orientation, evaluation and discipline of staff.
