Program Area Director

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring a Director of Programs to lead our Data and Analytics Solutions (DAS) Program Area, within the Advanced Mission Solutions (AMS) Product Line, as part of the C4ISR Business Area within the Electronic Systems (ES) Sector. We are looking for a high impact leader who consistently leads with calm reflection, transparent communication, strategic judgement, and people centric mentorship. Reporting operationally and functionally to the Product Line Director, the DAS Program Area Director is responsible for cost and schedule performance on the portfolio of National Geospatial Intelligence Agency(NGA), Air Force Research Laboratory(AFRL) and other customer's programs and pursuits as aligned with DAS Program Area capabilities.
