Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the integrator that coordinates the business process and software functions within the department and provides continuous business oversight for a variety of software programs and advanced access management tools, integral to the overall administration and operations of clinic practice management operations and effects programmatic changes at the facility level. Responsibilities Duties of the position include, but aren't limited to: Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze data and policy issues using quantitative data. Reviews Clinic Utilization Statistical Summary data and provides guidance on methodologies for improving statistics. Reviews national reports and identifies actions necessary to improve quality of facility scores.
