Summary This Program Analyst position is located at Yuma Proving Ground, Ground Combat Systems with duty location of Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. (merit) Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex, changing, or conflicting facilities regulations and directives from higher authorities to determine their downstream operational impact on Directorate goals. Draft and update local operating policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and administrative instructions to ensure mission parameters remain realistic and legally compliant. Formulate corrective action plans and program adjustments when external mandates or structural changes threaten established mission progress. Evaluate Directorate infrastructure and financial data to provide the Director with actionable guidance on long-range budget planning and facility resource utilization.
