PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the CVN Program Office (PMS 378) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE CARRIERS. Responsibilities You will manage the acquisition of project requirements and engage peers and other competencies in cost, schedule, and technical facets of new construction project requirements. You will provide long-range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas. You will lead in the development, organization, analysis, execution, and monitoring of planned requirements at the project level. You will develop evaluation plans, metrics, procedures, and methodology as a result of studies performed. You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
