PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the GUIDED MISSILE BATTLESHIP (BBGN) PROGRAM OFFICE, PMS 470 of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS. Responsibilities You will serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to perform duties as appointed in order to represent the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and to ensure proper execution of professional support contracts for PMS 470. You will monitor PMS 470 contract performance and execution, including submission of timely monthly reports and Tripwire assessments. You will provide oversight of contractor performance and contract execution to ensure financial and technical compliance with the contract terms and conditions. You will review contractor invoices and validate that all charges are allowable, allocable, and reasonable.
