Program Analyst

Summary The position is located in the Analytics Branch of the Knowledge Management & Analytics (KM&A) Department, Center for Enterprise Human Resources Information Services (CEHRIS), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). The Analytics Branch supports the development and deployment of analytics deliverables with the CEHRIS Directorate. The branch will manage analytical data sourced from CEHRIS-owned information systems, overseeing the aggregation of data sourced from those systems. Responsibilities Use of descriptive and inferential statistics, and in analyzing datasets and extracting useful information as part of data-driven support systems. Creates and analyzes disparate datasets for the purposes of trend identification, data aggregation, reporting, forecasting, and other statistical analysis.
