Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Senior Analyst who provides subject matter expertise for programming and manpower requirements and cost analysis for annual/multi-year and long-range fiscal/program planning in support of the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) mission. Responsibilities Program requirements generated from USEUCOM directorates and special staff by identifying, describing, justifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and submitting requirements for approval and allocation of funds. Serve as the Command lead for the annual Commander's Program Assessment (CPA) to HQDA, identifying shortfalls and capability gaps between Command requirements and resources.
