Summary The San Diego VA Healthcare System is currently hiring for a Program Analyst to serve as the Project Manager/Analyst for Facilities Management Service. The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of projects/programs with significant scope or complexity related to facility improvement upgrades. Responsibilities Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the overall management, control, coordination and execution of assigned construction programs and projects to include space utilization and capital asset improvements. Development of a Project Management Plan (PMP) for each assigned project. Implements corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the program.
