Program Analyst

Summary The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst in the Office of the Network Director for VISN 16, working with the Senior Health Systems Specialist to support all Network operations. The role provides comprehensive analysis and coordinates planning for programs and activities across the Network. Responsibilities The Program Analyst assesses the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of Network-wide program operations, and analyzes and resolves problems in the staffing, effectiveness, and efficiency of administrative support and staff activities. Duties include, but not limited to the following: Knowledge of the major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administration operation of the Network. Refines existing work methods and techniques for application to the analysis of specific issues or resolution of problems.
