The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as a command headquarters level program/policy analyst, to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment, execution, and sustainment of Force Development. Responsibilities Research, analyze, design, develop, publish and manage Air Force level and/or Major Command (MAJCOM) level directive and non-directive publications, and procedural guidance for AF Force Development programs and/or HQ Air Education and Training Command's (AETC) recruiting, education, training, experiential learning operations; Air Force formal occupational instructional systems; and associated institutional education and training activities or programs.
