Program Analyst (Policy)

Summary The incumbent is a recognized technical authority responsible for directing the development, evaluation, and implementation of policies and procedures for all Navy CY programs. Responsible for providing authoritative guidance to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of program services and operations across a global enterprise. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Serves as a primary policy analyst and technical authority for all CYP Programs. Develops enterprise - wide policy directives, operational frameworks, and associated material that govern program management and operations. Analyzes, evaluates, and advises CYP business lines (e.g. Business, Operations, Policy and Compliance) and Regional Program Managers on the strategic implications and operational feasibility of policy, resolving complex compliance issues affecting program delivery.
