Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees execution of programs and procedures for the improvement and maintenance of assigned major command force provisioning functions which support designated combatant commands. Oversees the support, maintenance, and operation of the ACC CAT facility. Advocates, maintains, and manages the ACC Special Category (SPECAT) and ACC Global Power (GP) programs. Prepares and delivers oral presentations with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned program(s).
