PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN. Responsibilities You will develop solutions to unique design and operations problems in support of analytical research. You will explain new ideas and developments to all levels of an organization. You will Oversee and coordinates projects across the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) command. You will prepare development and production status/testing plans for new training and simulation systems, and integrated learning environment content in accordance with objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
