PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs. You will evaluate Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports in support of process improvement programs. You will plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and program effectiveness. You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program noncompliance and reverse adverse trends. You will coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned, and coordinates department level audit responses. You will enter data into an organized record keeping/data base system.
