Summary The primary purpose of this position is the primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program manager responsible for performing the full range of analytical tasks relative to planning, programming and budgeting matters, technical studies, automation projects and statistical studies as they relate to the Air National Guard (ANG) Flying Hour Program.
