What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage customer needs, maintain records of all customer requirements, coordinate with internal project teams to ensure specific implementation, and achieve customer satisfaction. 
  • Manage financial metrics for projects under assigned customers to maintain healthy levels, promptly improve and enhance financial performance, etc. 
  • Customer requirement entry, production coordination, logistics and shipping tracking. 
  • Product delivery performance management, handling customer complaints and return processing matters.
