Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support end‑to‑end program administration activities.
  • Assist Program Managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain program reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure program tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and version control of program‑related materials.
  • Assist in coordinating customer visits, audits, and internal reviews as required.
  • Monitor program trackers, highlight delays, and follow up with action owners.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and procurement requests related to program needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, communication updates, and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
