Position Summary


Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the Management and Technology department’s continuing education (CE) and custom programs within the Division of Programs in Business (DPB) at the School of Professional Studies (SPS). Oversee adjunct faculty appointment and payment. Resolve faculty issues or concerns related to non-credit program(s), address questions around NYUSPS policies and procedures, course scheduling, course preparation, etc. Analyze faculty and course data, produce detailed faculty and course reports, and provide recommendations for course and faculty needs across the program(s). Collect, analyze, and make recommendations based on student feedback data in order to determine student satisfaction. Advise students on issues such as curriculum requirements, course selection, registration, and career exploration.
